Erotic Expansion.
Sexological Bodywork is also known as Somatic Sex Education.
It is a form of “hands on” coaching in which I have been trained to work on the body, mind and consciousness surrounding your sexuality.
Sexological Bodywork uses methods from embodiment practices, breathwork, Taoism, Tantra and many forms of academic sexuality education .
__________
Someone may use Sexological Bodywork to address specific challenges including a lack of confidence, lack of access to pleasure, a diminished experience of desire and joy, or a longing to have greater access to the nourishing aspects of a partner’s touch. Any issue of and relating to our capacity to experience the full range of our human erotic embodiment is within the purview of a certified Sexological Bodyworker including, simply, a desire to experience more.
Sexological Bodyworkers use a client-centered approach to empower, educate, and bring attention to the felt experience through movement, breath, touch, sound, and placement of awareness. This approach facilitates the ability to change limiting habits, unwind and release what is no longer supportive, re-sensitize the body, and create a more expansive erotic state that integrates both body and mind.
I offer Sexalogical Bodywork sessions to people of all genital configurations and to couples. Bodywork sessions are always 1 way touch (Practitioner to Client) when touch is required and agreed to by the client. There is also a strict code of practice that must be adhered to when performing these sessions for the safety of the client and the practitioner.
__________
Somatic Sex Education can also be included in a companionship session as an erotic enrichment service for my vulva owning clients.

“Tyler, it has been an absolute honour to work with you :) You are such a safe space, you hold deep presence, you have very welcoming energy. I have felt safe with you from the moment we connected and that is BIG to me. I have expanded more than I thought, thank you x.”

“I decided to look into sexological work because I had always had subpar sexual experiences as a heterosexual CIS woman aside from with Tyler and one or two other people. So when I learned he was teaching this I was excited to see what I could learn about the anatomy of sex and the psychology and spirituality around owning one’s own pleasure experiences .
I came into the space with a lot of questions, a lot of vulnerabilities/insecurities and a huge lack of knowledge. I had no idea what to expect from the lessons, which felt nervous for me, but even prior to the first lesson Tyler created a setting that was very clear, safe and supportive.
The intake forms and Tyler’s warm, open nature helped guide what we wanted to explore and establish in our educational contract, which allowed for the learning to be structured but also tailored to my individual needs. Tyler was able to provide me with insight into how CIS women can often feel pleasure, as well as nuanced observations that have been useful for myself/my body. By being in an environment where I was allowed to be vulnerable and have Tyler hold a safe space for me to work through this was incredibly powerful and helped me connect in better with my body.
I am halfway through my sessions currently and have already felt more empowered and more equipped to use my learning with future partners, and I now feel more in tune with my body and less attached to prior insecurities and hang ups. I highly recommend these lessons from Tyler for anyone who feels they struggle in a similar fashion, it’s wonderful experiences, great learning and the homework is the most fun I‘ve had in a while! Thank you Tyler.”
